At Bella Weddings, we are a Sydney-based wedding photography studio led by founder and principal photographer, Bella Pelagio. With a background in editorial and fashion-inspired photography, Bella brings a refined, modern aesthetic to documenting weddings — capturing each celebration with intention, elegance, and ease.
Our approach blends the polish of editorial photography with the heart of the candid — creating imagery that feels honest, emotive, and timeless. We’re drawn to the in-between moments, the quiet glances, and the grand gestures that together tell a story that is uniquely yours. While our style is elevated, our presence is relaxed — allowing you to feel at ease in front of the camera while we work gently behind the scenes.
Bella’s journey into photography began as a creative outlet alongside her work as a physiotherapist — a career she continues part-time to this day. Her background in health brings a thoughtful, grounded presence to her work, along with a deep appreciation for connection, movement, and authenticity.
Outside of weddings, Bella can usually be found with a cappuccino in hand, training for her next running event, or planning her next trip to anywhere the sun is shining. Her love for travel also means Bella Weddings is always ready to follow love across Australia or around the world — from sophisticated city soirees to destination celebrations by the ocean.
